ARTICLE IV. MEMBERSHIP
Section 1. Membership shall:
A. Be open to all persons who are enrolled full-time at Kalamazoo College as defined
by Kalamazoo College and able to be present at KCCSR meetings.
B. Be elected by the student body following the KCCSR Election Codes, or in
specified cases appointed by the process enumerated in Article VIII, Section 2 of
this Constitution.

Kalamazoo College and able to be present at KCCSR meetings.
a. Elected members who are still serving their term may remain as members
should their status as full-time students change if approved by the CIA;
taking into consideration their justification for why they should remain
members.
B. Be elected by the student body following the KCCSR Election Codes, or in specified
cases appointed by the process enumerated in Article VIII, Section 2 of this Constitution.

ARTICLE VIII. ELECTIONS AND VACANCIES
Section 1. Elections for General Body Representatives will take place during the beginning
of the Fall quarter. These elections shall follow the KCCSR Election Codes.
Representatives shall remain in the KCCSR body till the end of the current
academic year.

ARTICLE VIII. ELECTIONS AND VACANCIES
Section 1. Elections for 2 General Body Representatives from each rising class will take
place at the end of the Spring quarter. The remaining General Body
Representatives will be elected at the beginning of the Fall quarter. T hese
elections shall follow the KCCSR Election Codes. Representatives shall remain in
the KCCSR body until the end of the current academic year.

Section 1. The KCCSR Assembly shall be composed of 3 representatives from each class, an
international student, and 14 at-large Representatives, totaling a 29-member body.
A. KCCSR shall abide by the College’s class designation.
Proposed
Section 1. The KCCSR Assembly shall be composed of 4 representatives from each class, an
international student, and 1 5 at-large Representatives, totaling a 32 -member body.
A. KCCSR shall abide by the College’s class designation.
B. Board Members shall be considered at-large Representatives
