Vehicle Reservations (Facilities Management)

• Become a Registered Driver (Background Check Form)
• Drivers age 18-21: During the last three (3) years, drivers age 18-21 can have no At-Fault accidents and no more than one minor violations. Drivers age 18-21 may not have any major violations (see appendix) or driver’s license suspensions within the previous 5 years.
• Select “Student/Student Commission Funded”
• Enter Account 10-4-63709-54210 (all orgs use the same account)
